Many of our customers purchase learning resources through NDIS funding. The process differs slightly between self-managed and plan managed funds.
SELF-MANAGED NDIS PLAN
Place your order as usual on our website. Choose the payment option that suits you best. You will automatically receive an invoice and your order will be dispatched promptly.
PLAN MANAGED NDIS FUNDING
Place your order through the website and make sure to select Bank Deposit as the payment option. This creates the order and reserves your items, without immediate payment being required. You will automatically receive an invoice attached to your confirmation email which can be forwarded to your plan manager for payment. If you require any additional information (e.g. identification numbers) to be added to your invoice, please email us and we will happily assist. Once your claim is approved and payment has been received, your order will be dispatched.
